Delivery

Items marked as 'in stock' mean that at least one item should be in stock and available for immediate delivery.  If marked as 'available' it means our stock of the item is being replenished and should be available for dispatch between seven and fourteen days from the time of your order. Unusually, some products may take longer to be dispatched and we will inform you of this when confirming your order.

Should you choose a combination of both 'in stock' and 'available' items we will normally consolidate your order into one delivery, should you want the 'in stock' item(s) as soon as possible please make a note of this when completing your order details.

Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.

Bit Bank Terms & Conditions

The Bit Bank price is £10 for a 14 day trial. The full retail price of the bit is paid on ordering the bit to be trialed. If however, the bit proves to be unsuitable and is returned adhering to our terms and conditions, a refund will be given less the £10 hire charge.

The bit bank facility is NOT available on products that have plastic/rubber parts.

Please take care of the bit, as it is the customers’ responsibility to make sure that the bit is kept in good condition throughout the trial period until it is returned to Priory Saddlery. The customer is also responsible that the bit is kept safe from theft and loss, if you do not return the bit within the trial period then it will be deemed bought.

14 Day Trial Period
The 14 day trial period will start from the date of the postal stamp. The return date will be 12 noon on the fourteenth day and will be noted on your receipt.

Health and Sanitation
Please make sure that before you return the bit, that you clean the bit thoroughly, to remove food, grass and general stains etc, and to maintain general hygiene.

All bits when they are returned to Priory Saddlery will be soaked and cleaned thoroughly in a suitable disinfectant to kill any germs and bacteria that may have formed, so as not to transfer them on to the next equine.

It is recommended though that you clean and disinfect the bit yourself as a double precaution as Priory Saddlery cannot be held responsible for any diseases, infections, virus, sores, or any other medical condition that appear after trailing one of the bits from Priory Saddlery.

Returns
Please return the bit, complete with bag and tags to Priory Saddlery, 25 - 29 Church Street, Guisborough, TS14 6HG. Any concerns or queries, please phone 01287 626799.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
