All complaints will remain confidential and will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days and will keep you informed of all material stages in the process. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.

All our packages are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Delivery can be worldwide. The majority of our products are dispatched between seven and fourteen days from the time of you order. Some products may take longer to be dispatched and we will inform you of this when confirming your order.

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

All prices shown on the web site include VAT (Sales Tax). Customers outside of the European Union will automatically have this tax deducted at source. Please note VAT is currently 17.5% but is subject to change. Our VAT Number is: 652 2608 49 .

Any goods found to be not satisfactory can be returned to Tack and Ski at the address below.

You have 7 days from receiving the product, within which you may cancel your order.

The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels aren’t damaged. The return postage will not be refunded.

We will return your money within 30 days of your cancellation.

We at Tack and Ski are committed to protect your privacy while shopping online. We will use the information that you provide us lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

Your e-mail address will not be passed onto other traders unless you agree.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies we will change it.
