All complaints will remain confidential and will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days and will keep you informed of all material stages in the process. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have 7 days from receiving the product, within which you may cancel your order.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels aren’t damaged. The return postage will not be refunded.
We will return your money within 30 days of your cancellation.
